Anxiety Therapy for Millennials in New York and Massachusetts
Feel calmer, grounded, and more like yourself again.
Living with anxiety can feel tiring, especially if you’ve tried talk therapy and still feel stuck. Your mind races from one worry to the next. You feel tense or on edge even when life looks fine. It’s hard to focus or get through daily tasks. Your body carries it too - tension, dizziness, headaches, or fatigue.
If this feels familiar, you’re not alone.
Imagine if you could:
Feel steadier, even when things get overwhelming
Release the tension your body has been holding onto
Reconnect with your focus, energy, and motivation
Ease the pressure you put on yourself
Be fully present in your relationships, work, and everyday moments
Experience ease, confidence, and balance
Relief isn’t about doing more or pushing harder - it’s about creating space to breathe, tune in, and reconnect with yourself.
Holistic Approach to Anxiety Therapy
Anxiety affects both your mind and body. Your thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations are all connected, and working with just one piece often isn’t enough. My approach combines somatic therapies to help you feel lighter, clearer, and more grounded:
EMDR Therapy: Helps your brain process past experiences or ongoing stress that contribute to anxiety, freeing up mental space and energy.
Brainspotting: Accesses deeper areas of the brain where tension and anxiety are stored, helping you release what talking alone can’t reach.
Parts Work: Many people with anxiety have inner “parts” that feel critical, responsible, or fearful. Parts work helps you notice these patterns, ease the pressure, and respond to yourself with compassion.
Together, these methods give you tools to manage anxiety, calm your nervous system, and create space to feel like yourself again.
Hi, I’m Deanna!
Living with anxiety can make it feel like your mind and body are always on high alert. I know that feeling - racing thoughts, tension in your body, and feeling like you need to keep pushing forward. Through my own journey, I’ve learned how powerful it can be to slow down, notice what’s happening in your body, and give yourself permission to breathe.
In therapy with me, we focus on more than just talking about worries. We explore how anxiety shows up in your body, uncover patterns that keep you stuck, and use EMDR, Brainspotting, and parts work to release tension and build self-compassion. The goal is to help you feel steadier, calmer, and more present—so you can approach life with a sense of ease and confidence.
You don’t have to live with anxiety alone. Relief, clarity, and balance are possible.
FAQS
Frequently Asked Questions about Therapy
-
Traditional talk therapy focuses mainly on discussing thoughts and feelings. While talking is valuable, I also use EMDR, Brainspotting, and parts work to address how stress, tension, and past experiences are stored in your body and nervous system. This helps you release what words alone can’t reach and creates shifts in how you feel and respond.

60-minute session: $222
90-minute session: $333
Therapy intensives: Customized longer sessions for deeper work
Extended sessions give you extra time to dive deeper, process more in one sitting, and work through patterns that might take several shorter sessions to address. They’re a great option if you want faster, more focused progress.

I don’t take insurance, but I do accept HSA and FSA payments. I can provide a superbill so you can submit it to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
Choosing not to bill insurance allows me to focus completely on you and your therapy - no session limits, approvals, or paperwork interfering with your care. This also gives us the flexibility to use EMDR, Brainspotting, parts work, and extended sessions in the way that best supports your goals. Many clients find this approach more personalized, effective, and freeing than going through insurance.
